World Digital Economy Asset to Issue 56.00 Million New Shares; Subscriber’s Holding Climbs to 9.43%

World Digital Economy Asset Group Limited (World Digital Economy Asset) released a supplemental announcement on 23 June 2026, detailing the impact of a new-share subscription originally announced on 22 June 2026.

The unnamed Subscriber, currently classified as an Independent Third Party, will expand its stake from 12.60 million shares (1.88%) to 68.60 million shares (9.43%) upon completion. The transaction involves the allotment of 56.00 million new shares, increasing the company’s issued share capital by 8.35%—from 671.28 million to 727.28 million shares.

Post-subscription, the top three shareholders other than the Subscriber—Smart Paradise International Limited, Qingda Horizontal Holding Group Co., Limited, and Wen Ting—retain unchanged absolute holdings, but see their combined ownership diluted from 33.37% to 30.80%. Public shareholders’ aggregate interest declines from 57.48% to 53.06%.

All other terms of the 22 June announcement remain unchanged, and the Board composition is unaffected.
