Beststudy Edu Buys Back 228,000 Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 1.93 Million

China Beststudy Education Group (“Beststudy Edu”) disclosed a share repurchase on 08 October 2026, acquiring 228,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details – Volume: 228,000 shares – Price range: HKD 2.30 – HKD 2.35 per share – Volume-weighted average price: HKD 2.315 – Aggregate consideration: HKD 0.53 million

• Capital structure impact – Outstanding shares before the buyback (30 September 2026): 845.523 million – Outstanding shares after the buyback: 845.295 million – Reduction in outstanding shares: 0.027% – Treasury shares increased from 1.70 million to 1.93 million – Total issued shares unchanged at 847.221 million, as repurchased stock is held in treasury.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Mandate granted on 06 May 2026 allows up to 84.72 million shares to be repurchased. – Cumulative repurchases under the mandate now total 1.93 million shares, equivalent to 0.23% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date.

• Regulatory notes – All purchases were executed on the Exchange in accordance with Hong Kong Main Board Rules. – A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales extends through 07 November 2026.

The modest transaction marginally increases treasury holdings while signalling continued execution of the board-approved buyback programme.
