Tycoon Group Reports No Share Capital Changes in July 2026, Maintains 894.00 Million Shares Outstanding

Tycoon Group Holdings Limited (Tycoon Group) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Tycoon Group’s authorised share capital held steady at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million. There were no additions or cancellations to this authority in July.

The number of issued shares also showed no movement. Outstanding ordinary shares were unchanged at 894.00 million, with zero treasury shares on the balance sheet. Consequently, total issued share capital remained constant.

The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares, indicating adequate market circulation.

Under its existing share option scheme (approved on 23 March 2020), Tycoon Group reported: • No options exercised during July, resulting in no new share issuance and no treasury-share movements. • 80.00 million shares remain available for potential future issuance upon option exercise. • No funds were raised from option exercises in the month.

The filing, submitted on 3 August 2026 and signed by Chairman and CEO Wong Ka Chun Michael, states that all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements have been met.
