根据公告，本次回购基于2025年8月29日获股东通过的购回授权进行，授予可回购股份总数为106,455,574股。截至本次购回后，累计回购股份总数为44,993,700股，占授权通过之日已发行股本的约4.2265%。此外，本次回购后所适用的暂止期将持续至2026年4月15日。
