Wai Chi Holdings Repurchases 90,000 Shares, Outstanding Share Count Reduced to 219.52 Million

Hong Kong, 17 June 2026 — Wai Chi Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it bought back 90,000 ordinary shares on 16 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HK$0.81 and HK$0.82 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.07 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$0.8188.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.041 % from 219.61 million to 219.52 million. • Treasury shares rose to 209,000, up from 119,000 before the repurchase. • Total issued shares, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 219.73 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 27 May 2026, which authorises Wai Chi Holdings to buy back up to 21.97 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 209,000 shares, representing 0.95 % of the issued share base on the authorisation date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Wai Chi Holdings is subject to a 30-day moratorium—lasting until 16 July 2026—on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the repurchase.
