Fourace Industries Group Holdings Limited on 16 July 2026 announced that its 2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying circular, proxy form and Environmental, Social and Governance Report have been released on both the company’s website (www.fourace.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).
The board urges stakeholders to access the documents via the online “Website Version” for immediate availability and environmental benefits. Non-registered shareholders who face difficulties using the electronic format—or who prefer hard copies—can obtain printed versions free of charge. A completed and signed Request Form should be sent to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the enclosed prepaid mailing label or by email to 1455-ecom@vistra.com.
Non-registered shareholders opting for electronic delivery of future corporate communications are advised to provide a valid email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until a functional email address is registered, the company will dispatch only printed notices of publication.
