Nanofilm Technologies International Limited announced on Dec, 01 2025 that it has completed the first tranche of its planned purchase of 35% of the shares in Sydrogen Energy Pte. Ltd.
Following this completion, the company’s ownership in Sydrogen Energy has risen to 77% of the subsidiary’s issued share capital.
