武汉有机控股有限公司（02881）8月5日公告称，公司已于同日从香港公司注册处处长处取得迁册证书，迁册及新章程自2026年8月5日起生效。公司指出，此举不涉及设立新的法人实体，亦不影响现有业务连续性。

迁册完成后，卓佳证券登记有限公司继续担任公司于香港的股份过户登记处。公司亦计划在适当时候向开曼群岛申请撤销注册，并将就进展另行公告。

公司同时公告，自2026年8月5日起，其注册办事处地址变更为香港铜锣湾希慎道33号利园一期19楼1922室。

董事会成员结构保持不变，包括执行董事邹晓虹、陈平；非执行董事高雷、申英明、李德曄；以及独立非执行董事廖启宇、刘钟栋、袁康。
