2026年6月1日，云智汇科技（01037）披露截至2026年5月31日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司本月无新增股份发行及回购情况。
根据月报，云智汇科技的法定股本维持在1,000,000,000股普通股，每股面值HKD0.1，法定股本总额为HKD100,000,000。报告期内已发行股份数量与上月相同，均为706,173,448股，且无库存股份。公司亦确认已符合香港联交所关于公众持股量的相关要求。
在股权激励方面，截至5月底，公司就既有期权激励计划项下共计存在6,820,000股未行使或未转让的期权。本月内，根据2022年4月8日授出的购股权计划，新增注销了100,000股期权，其余两笔购股权分别保持为1,350,000股和2,820,000股。月内并未因行使期权而增加已发行股份，也无任何当月购回及注销行为。
公告显示，截至2026年5月31日，公司已发行股份总数保持不变。云智汇科技重申，已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律法规的要求，本次公告由公司秘书曾庆赟签署。
