Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited reported that it bought back 5,000 ordinary shares on 7 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 2.59 and HKD 2.61 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.01 million (HKD 12,995).

The latest purchase raises Tenfu’s total buybacks under the current mandate—approved on 11 May 2026—to 336,000 shares, equivalent to 0.03 % of the company’s 1.08 billion issued shares at the mandate date. The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 108.28 million shares; consequently, 107.94 million shares remain available for future buybacks.

Since early July 2026, the company has repurchased—but not yet cancelled—156,000 shares at prices ranging from HKD 2.60 to HKD 2.71 per share. Despite these transactions, Tenfu’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1,082.63 million shares as of 7 October 2026 because the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales following the latest repurchase, ending on 6 November 2026.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board rules, and the company confirmed receipt of all payments and adherence to regulatory requirements.
