岚图汽车股份有限公司(07489)于最新公告中披露，将在即将召开的2025年度股东大会上提请批准一项回购授权，拟回购不超过该议案通过当日已发行H股总数(不包括库存股份)的10%。公司当前已发行H股数为885,381,529股，此举意味着最多可回购约88,538,152股。
根据公告，董事会表示，回购所需资金将来源于公司依据中国法律法规和公司章程可合法动用的款项；完成回购后，公司可视情况决定将已回购股份作为库存股份持有或进行注销。董事会认为，该措施有利于优化股本结构，并在适当时机提高股东回报。公告同时披露，公司上市以来，H股股价最高曾达7.50港元，最低为5.06港元(截至2026年5月20日)。
公司将于2026年6月12日举行股东大会，对上述回购提案等多项议案进行审议。股东登记方面，自2026年6月9日至12日暂时停止股份过户登记。董事会指出，此次股份购回计划须经有关监管部门批准后方可实施。
