齐鲁高速公路股份有限公司（01576）8月26日公告称，香港联交所已确认时文江先生符合《上市规则》第3.28条规定的公司秘书资格。自2026年8月26日起，时文江先生将独立担任公司秘书，并同时出任《上市规则》第3.05条规定的授权代表。
由于上述资格确认，张潇女士已辞去以下职务：（i）联席公司秘书；（ii）授权代表；（iii）公司条例（香港法例第622章）第16部及《上市规则》第19A.13(2)条所指的法律程序文件代理人，辞任自2026年8月26日起生效。公司董事会表示，张潇女士与董事会并无意见分歧，且无其他事项需要股东或联交所关注。
与此同时，叶文蕙女士被委任为公司的法律程序文件代理人，同样自2026年8月26日起生效。
