此次股息除净日为2026年6月30日，最后递交股份过户文件时限为7月2日16:30，暂停办理股份过户登记手续期间为7月3日至7月8日，权益登记日为7月8日，股息派发日为8月25日。
股息代扣所得税安排方面，以非居民企业名义登记（含代理人）的股份，税率为10%；H股个人股东若为港澳居民或与内地签订10%股息税率协定的国家居民，按10%扣缴；若适用20%税率协定或无协定的国家居民，则按20%代扣代缴。公司提醒，个人股东应主动申报以享受协议待遇，并对因纳税身份未能及时确定所引致的任何争议概不负责。
