On 20 January 2026, Global New Material International Holdings Limited (06616) issued 9,571,649 new ordinary shares as part of a consideration arrangement with Hongzun International. These newly allotted shares were priced at HKD 8.01 each, pursuant to the Chesir Pearl Minority Interest Purchase Agreement dated 28 November 2025.
