WHARF REIC Announces Forfeiture of Unclaimed 2019 Second Interim Dividend

WHARF REIC (01997) has issued an announcement regarding its unclaimed dividends. According to Article 140 of the company's second amended and restated articles of association, any dividends that remain unclaimed for six years after their declaration date will be forfeited and revert to the company. The board of directors hereby notifies shareholders that the 2019 second interim dividend of HK$0.93 per share, declared on March 5, 2020, will be forfeited and returned to the company if it remains unclaimed by April 24, 2026.
