CHINA SHENGMU (01432) has announced that Mr. Niu Yuesheng has resigned from his position as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective March 25, 2026, due to an internal role rotation within the group. Following Mr. Niu's resignation, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Ms. Li Li as the company's new Chief Financial Officer, also effective from March 25, 2026.
