新发行股份分为三部分：B组8,426,879股（每股转换价5.74港元）、C组90,163股（转换价17.26港元）及D组1,639,922股（转换价11.36港元），占原已发行股本的约0.0714%、0.0008%及0.0139%。发行完成后，公司已发行股本由11,809,679,978股增至11,819,836,942股。
公告确认，上述股份发行已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。公告由公司秘书陈嘉敏签署。
