IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) disclosed that substantial shareholder SZA Gayrimenkul Yatirim Insaat ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi has reduced its direct interest in the company through open-market disposals totaling 1,404,600 ordinary shares.
The shareholder sold 750,000 shares on Dec, 24 2025 and a further 654,600 shares on Dec, 26 2025.
Following the transactions, SZA now holds 507,868,873 ordinary shares, representing 5.748% of IHH’s issued share capital.
IHH received the notice of change on Dec, 29 2025.
