On October 9, it was learned from HAIDILAO that during the 2025 Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday period, customer traffic at HAIDILAO locations nationwide maintained consistently high levels. On October 6, Mid-Autumn Day, the company served over 1.8 million customers, representing approximately 5% year-over-year growth compared to last year's Mid-Autumn Festival.
During the holiday period, HAIDILAO's newly launched fresh-cut products and "Fresh Cut Workshop" themed stores gained popularity among consumers. According to a representative from HAIDILAO's Product Management Department, the daily consumption of fresh beef during the first seven days of the 2025 National Day holiday exceeded 35 tons, doubling compared to the previous week. Many HAIDILAO hotpot locations that underwent renovation and upgrade to become "HAIDILAO Fresh Cut Workshops" saw continuous increases in fresh-cut meat product click-through rates.
As of the end of September 2025, over 100 standard themed stores featuring fresh-cut and live products were in operation, covering categories including fresh-cut beef, live seafood, and fresh-cut lamb. Against the backdrop of "eating fresh" becoming a hotpot consumption trend, the product manager noted that HAIDILAO's fresh-cut beef trio now covers over 600 stores nationwide, achieving same-day delivery.
Additionally, during the holiday period, HAIDILAO locations across the country welcomed numerous "special orders," with multiple couples choosing to hold their weddings at HAIDILAO. Teacher newlyweds in Rizhao, Shandong held a wedding banquet with over ten tables at HAIDILAO; a large wedding banquet with over 50 tables and nearly 300 guests in Shijiazhuang, Hebei was particularly lively; and in Shenzhen, the nation's first HAIDILAO banquet store even hosted a "helicopter arrival wedding."
