【交易概况】 IDT INT'L（IDT International Limited）公告，旗下间接全资子公司浙江极元科技有限公司已于2026年5月14日（交易时段后）与上海如谷信息科技有限公司签订《服务器购买协议》，收购18台AI服务器，总代价33.3百万元人民币（约38.12百万元港币，含税）。款项将以此前配售所得资金支付。
