中国华君集团有限公司4月9日披露，截至公告日期，公司公众持股量约为15.68%，仍未达到香港上市规则第13.32B(1)条所规定的最低水平。 公司提示，针对恢复公众持股量的安排，目前正根据此前已公布的债务重组计划推进。计划管理人已收到债权人提交的申索，正在进行审核，预计相关股份的发行及配发将在2026年6月左右完成。 按照现时及未来预计的股权架构： 1. 现阶段公司已发行股份为61,543,075股，其中华君集团有限公司持有72.22%，公众持股量15.68%。 2. 债务重组完成时，若公司已发行股本维持不变，总股份将增至73,543,075股；华君集团有限公司持股比例降至60.44%，认购人将获配12,000,000股，占16.32%。 3. 在发出最高数量的计划股份并完成配发后，公司总股份将增至98,143,075股；计划A债权人将合计持有24,600,000股，占25.07%；华君集团有限公司持股降至45.29%。 公司表示，将继续就公众持股不足的情况每月发布进展公告，直至公众持股量符合上市规则要求。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者于买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
