Baijin Life Science announces online release of latest Annual Report and sets out shareholder communication options

Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited has uploaded its latest Annual Report to both the company website (www.baijinlifescience.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company recommends shareholders review the online version and encourages non-registered holders—those whose shares are held through CCASS intermediaries—to provide functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians or nominees. Doing so will enable timely receipt of e-mail notifications whenever new corporate communications are published.

Non-registered holders experiencing difficulty accessing the electronic report, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and return the accompanying request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted by post using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 1466-ecom@vistra.com. Upon receipt, the registrar will dispatch printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications free of charge.

The notification also clarifies that, absent a registered e-mail address, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices of publication only, rather than full electronic documents. For enquiries, investors can contact Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.
