11月6日，自动驾驶科技公司文远知行（00800.HK）在港交所正式挂牌上市，开盘价为每股24.98港元，较27.10港元的发行价下跌7.82%。截至盘中，文远知行股价进一步下跌5.05%。
分析认为，文远知行股价下跌主要有以下几个原因：首先，公司仍处于亏损状态。招股书显示，2022年至2024年，文远知行分别亏损12.99亿元、19.49亿元和25.17亿元。其次，自动驾驶行业整体尚未达到盈利拐点，市场对其商业化前景存疑。虽然文远知行Robotaxi业务增长迅速，但收入规模仍然有限。最后，当前港股市场整体低迷也对新股表现产生负面影响。
值得注意的是，同日上市的另一家自动驾驶公司小马智行（02026.HK）也出现破发。这反映出资本市场对自动驾驶行业短期内的发展预期尚无信心。专家表示，自动驾驶技术的成熟和大规模商业化仍需时日，投资者应当理性看待行业发展前景。
