CCIAM Future Energy Limited (145) Announces Appointment and Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Directors

CCIAM Future Energy Limited (145) has announced the appointment of Mr. Matthew Pau as an independent non-executive director, effective February 1, 2026. He will also serve on the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees. Mr. Pau is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and a Fellow Chartered Accountant in England and Wales, with more than 36 years of experience in finance, auditing, and accounting. His annual director’s fee is set at HK$100,000, and he will hold office under a one-year appointment commencing from February 1, 2026.

The company also announced that Mr. Yeung Wai Hung, Peter will resign from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective February 1, 2026, following the expiry of his service contract. He will also relinquish his positions on the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees. Mr. Yeung has confirmed no disagreements with the board and no matters requiring further attention. The board expresses gratitude for his service and welcomes Mr. Pau to his new role.
