27 May 2026—China Tian Yuan Healthcare Group Limited (TIANYUAN HEALTH) released its Annual General Meeting Circular and related Proxy Form in both English and Chinese. The documents are available on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk) and on the Company’s designated webpage (www.aplushk.com/clients/00557ChinaTianYuan).

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime and the electronic dissemination requirements under Listing Rule 2.07A (effective since 31 December 2023), TIANYUAN HEALTH confirmed that all future corporate communications—covering directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically via the abovementioned websites.

To facilitate timely access, registered shareholders are encouraged to submit a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the completed form to the Company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Shareholders who do not supply a functional email address must monitor the Company and HKEX websites for updates; actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in printed form.
