本期票据收到6家合规申购，合规申购金额15.9亿元；有效申购金额15.1亿元，最高申购价位1.66%，最低申购价位1.56%。
中信证券股份有限公司担任簿记管理人及主承销商，获配自营资金2亿元，占本期发行规模的13.33%；国泰海通证券股份有限公司担任联席主承销商，获配自营资金2.3亿元，占比15.33%。
募集资金总额15亿元将全部用于偿还“23首机场股MTN001”存量债务。该债券于2023年9月8日发行，规模15亿元，当前余额15亿元，将于2026年9月8日到期。
