康特隆科技有限公司（“康特隆科技”，股份代号：1912）于2025年11月20日发布澄清公告，修订了该公司于2025年11月19日股东特别大会投票表决结果公告的最后一段内容，并确认股份合并将于2025年11月21日正式生效。
董事会公告显示，合并股份将于2025年11月21日（星期五）上午九时正开始买卖。股份合并之后，每手买卖单位及碎股安排等细节请参考相关通函。值得注意的是，新的合并股份将以浅蓝色票据发行，原有的黄色股票将于2025年12月29日（星期一）下午四时十分后不再用于交付、买卖及结算，但仍可作为所有权文件继续有效。
公告强调，上述澄清并不影响此前投票表决结果公告中其他信息，除上述修改外，其余内容均保持不变。
