2026年8月5日，齐云山食品股份有限公司（02797）发布公告称，公司全球发售的稳定价格期已于同日结束，该日期为递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日。公告显示，稳定价格期间，公司及稳定价格操作人或其代表未采取任何稳定价格行动，且国际发售项下并无超额分配。
由于不存在超额分配，相关超额配股权未被行使，并已于2026年8月5日失效。公司同时确认，稳定价格期结束后，公司仍符合并将继续遵守《上市规则》第19A.13A(1)条所要求的最低公众持股量规定。
此前，公司曾于2026年7月8日就全球发售事宜发布公告。本次公告再次重申，全球发售及其后续安排均严格依据香港法例第571W章《证券及期货（稳定价格）规则》执行。
齐云山食品表示，董事会由董事会主席兼执行董事刘志高先生授权发布以上信息。公司董事会成员构成保持不变，包括6名执行董事及3名独立非执行董事。
