Wealthfront的股票周五以其首次公开募股（IPO）价格开盘，这对于这家机器人顾问公司来说是一次低调的首秀。
该公司及其出售股东通过以每股14美元的价格出售股票，筹集了超过4.8亿美元，这一价格是其预测区间的高端，IPO定价于周四晚间完成。周五下午，该股在纳斯达克市场以WLTH的股票代码开盘，并以14美元的价格启动。最近上涨约4%，达到14.56美元。
Wealthfront最初计划在10月份进行发行，但美国政府的漫长停摆延迟了该计划，首席执行官David Fortunato表示。他表示，公司和顾问在感恩节假期前与潜在投资者重新沟通，并决定于12月份启动IPO。
Fortunato在接受《华尔街日报》采访时表示：“对于建立信任和提升知名度来说，成为一家上市公司符合我们的最佳利益。”
在经历了三年的低迷后，美国IPO市场在今年夏季有所回暖。虽然政府停摆减缓了新发行的步伐，但投行和投资者对2026年充满乐观。明年可能寻求公开上市的大公司中包括SpaceX。
