泰凌医药（01011.HK）3月30日晚间发布盈利警告补充公告称，经与核数师进一步沟通，并基于目前已完成的审计工作，公司预计将因以新发行股份偿债确认一次性非现金收益约1,540万港元（约人民币1,410万元）。受此影响，集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的预期亏损将进一步减少约1,540万港元，对应人民币约1,410万元。调整后，全年净亏损预计介乎人民币10.9百万元至15.9百万元。 \n\n公司表示，除上述补充信息外，2月26日发布的原盈利警告公告其余内容保持不变。公司董事会已订于2026年3月31日召开会议，审议并批准截至2025年12月31日止年度经审计业绩。 \n\n泰凌医药提醒投资者，须以届时披露的经审计全年业绩为准，并在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
