K & P INT’L Releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM Documents Available Online and in Print

K & P International Holdings Limited announced on 24 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting (AGM) and proxy form have been published.

The full English and Chinese versions of these documents can now be accessed on the company’s website (www.kpihl.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously opted for printed materials will find the relevant hard-copy documents enclosed with the notification letter.

The company reminds shareholders that they may change their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications—either via the online “Website Version” or in printed form—at any time.
