Carmen Century posts stable share capital for March 2026, affirms public float compliance

Carmen Century Investment Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that there were no movements in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, amounting to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued capital likewise stayed unchanged at 1.56 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares and executed no share repurchases, cancellations, conversions, or issuances under options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements during the period.

The filing also confirmed that the minimum public-float requirement of 25% was met as at 31 March 2026.

The return was submitted on 1 April 2026 by Company Secretary Leung Wai Tai, who certified full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant statutory requirements.
