富豪酒店（股票代码：00078）发布公告称，拟在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求授权，以回购不超过已发行股本（不包括任何库存股份）的10%。根据公告，截至最新可行日期，公司已发行普通股数约为898,782,333股，授权回购规模最高可达89,878,233股。
富豪酒店表示，此次股份购回的资金将来自公司符合百慕达法律及公司细则可合法动用的资金或发行新股所得款项。董事会认为，适时行使购回权有助于提升股东回报，并对公司及股东整体利益具有积极意义；同时，公司将遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则有关股份购回的规定。
历史股价方面，公司普通股在过去一年区间最高曾达1.60港元，最低为0.43港元。根据董事会公告，若在适用期间内全面行使授权，预计不会对营运资金及资本负债比率造成重大不利影响。
公告显示，富豪酒店将于2026年6月10日在香港召开股东周年大会，届时将就股份购回授权议案进行表决。公司提醒，普通股股东名册将于6月5日至6月10日暂停办理过户手续，股东应于6月4日下午4时30分前将过户文件送达过户登记处。董事会强调，此次股份购回计划一旦获批，将于法定期限内生效，并在适用期间结束或被股东大会撤销前有效。
