Capital Environment Holdings Limited announced a board restructuring effective 30 July 2026. Non-executive Director Ms. Hao Chunmei resigned due to retirement and confirmed no disagreement with the board.

Simultaneously, two senior appointments were confirmed:

1. Ms. Yu Hong, 49, currently Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary, was promoted to Executive Director. Since joining the Group in June 2012, she has led corporate management and board office functions, accumulating more than a decade of experience in environmental protection and capital-market operations. Her three-year service contract begins on 30 July 2026; her existing remuneration package remains unchanged.

2. Mr. Wei Xianda, 41, a senior accountant and Chief Accountant of Beijing Capital Eco-Environment Protection Group Co., Ltd. (SSE: 600008), was appointed Non-Executive Director. He brings expertise in finance, M&A and corporate financing. Mr. Wei has voluntarily waived director remuneration. His service contract also spans three years from 30 July 2026.

Neither appointee holds other Hong Kong or overseas listed directorships, has related-party ties within the Group, nor holds any shares in Capital Environment under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Post-change, the board comprises three Executive Directors (Mr. Li Qingsong, Mr. Guo Chaoyang, Ms. Yu Hong), one Non-Executive Director (Mr. Wei Xianda) and four Independent Non-Executive Directors (Mr. Pao Ping Wing; Mr. Cheng Kai Tai, Allen; Dr. Chan Yee Wah, Eva; Dr. Cao Fuguo).

The board expressed appreciation to Ms. Hao for her contributions and extended a formal welcome to the new directors.
