博尼控股（01906）8月6日公告，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的初步未审核综合管理账目，预计期内本公司拥有人应占纯利约为8百万元至10百万元，较2025年同期的1.2百万元增加约6.8百万元至8.8百万元。
公告显示，上述纯利包括处置香港博尼有限公司产生的相关收益约14百万元至16百万元（已考虑其他全面收益中确认的汇兑差额重分类至损益的影响）。若扣除该处置收益，集团在报告期内将录得亏损。
期内主营业务收入约97百万元，较2025年同期约1.16亿元下降约16%。公司指出，服装终端消费需求增长乏力，加之原始设计制造（ODM）行业竞争激烈，导致客户订单减少。
公司正编制2026年上半年未经审核综合财务业绩，相关数据未经核数师或审核委员会审阅，最终业绩可能有所调整。完整中期业绩公告预计将于2026年8月底前发布。
