Nanofilm Technologies International Limited reported that Ms Eunice Hooi Lai Fann has resigned from her role as Company Secretary, effective Dec, 17 2025.
Following her departure, Mr Cho Form Po will continue to serve as the Company Secretary. The Board expressed its appreciation to Ms Hooi for her service.
The notification was signed by Chief Financial Officer Lim Kian Onn on Dec, 17 2025.
