Platt Nera International Limited (listed as PLATT NERA-NEW) released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing a markedly lower carbon footprint, strengthened supply-chain oversight and continued progress on employee development.

Board-level oversight • The Board confirmed direct responsibility for ESG strategy and reiterated support for Thailand’s zero-carbon master plan. • Annual reviews of ESG targets and performance remain in place, with green procurement and community engagement identified as core priorities.

Environmental performance • Total greenhouse-gas emissions fell to 36.45 tCO2e, down 25.17 % from 48.73 tCO2e in 2024; intensity improved to 0.74 tCO2e per employee. • Electricity use decreased 9.48 % to 91,601 kWh, although per-employee consumption edged up to 1,869.41 kWh. • Water consumption rose to 286 m³; management pledged ongoing reviews to curb usage. • Non-hazardous waste (mainly paper) declined to 0.56 tonnes. The company targets a further 20 % cut in paper within three to five years. • No breaches of environmental regulations were recorded.

Operational quality and customer relations • ISO 9001:2015 quality management now covers expanded IT services, including outsourced monitoring, server/network integration and UPS maintenance. • Multiple enquiry channels and a one-day response pledge underpin customer care; no complaints or product recalls occurred in 2025.

Supply-chain and anti-corruption measures • Active supplier base totalled 61, with 97 % located in Thailand. • Selection criteria include environmental and social performance; energy-efficient equipment and recycled materials receive preference. • An internal Code of Business Ethics, annual director training and a confidential whistle-blowing mechanism support the company’s zero-tolerance stance on bribery and fraud; no violations were reported.

Human capital • Headcount stood at 49 employees (65 % male, 35 % female); all are full-time. • Monthly staff turnover averaged 0.18 %. • Employees completed 272 training hours, averaging 5.55 hours per person; senior management received 10.6 hours on average. • No work-related fatalities or injury days were recorded for the third consecutive year.

Community investment • Platt Nera contributed THB 30,000 to local sports, cultural and healthcare initiatives, including the Royal Kathin ceremony and Photaram Hospital Foundation.

Outlook Management will maintain annual climate-risk assessments—2025 analysis deemed financial impact immaterial—and continue aligning operations with Thailand’s zero-carbon objectives while refining resource-efficiency targets.
