苏州贝康医疗股份有限公司（贝康医疗-B，股票代码：02170）于2026年10月12日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联合交易所场内购回15,000股H股。本次回购数量占公司该次回购前现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的约0.0181%。回购价格区间为每股港币1.28元至1.30元，合计支付约港币19,395元（约1.94万港元）。
本次回购完成后，公司于2026年10月12日的已发行股份总数仍为82,713,835股，其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为82,683,835股，库存股份为30,000股。根据公告，本次回购依照公司于2026年6月4日获得的购回授权进行，授权范围为可回购8,271,383股。在本次交易完成后，公司已累计在交易所回购股份30,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的约0.0363%。公司表示已严格遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。
