DT Capital cuts share count by 93.3% after completing 15-for-1 consolidation

DT Capital Limited disclosed in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it completed a capital reorganisation on 20 July 2026, implementing a 15-for-1 share consolidation that sharply reduced its outstanding share base.

Prior to the consolidation, DT Capital had 3.02 billion ordinary shares in issue. Converting every fifteen existing shares into one consolidated share eliminated 2.82 billion shares, equivalent to a 93.3% reduction. The post-consolidation share count now stands at 201.40 million shares.

The company confirmed there are no treasury shares, redemptions, or on-market share repurchases outstanding. The board has certified that the consolidation complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
