甘肃银行(02139)发布公告，2025年度股东会已审议通过利润分配方案，将派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每10股派发现金股息人民币1.18元（含税）。股息将于2026年8月28日（星期五）派付，权益登记日为2026年7月20日（星期一）。
根据公告，为确定享有股息的股东名单，该行将于2026年7月15日至7月20日暂停办理股份过户登记，未登记H股股东最迟须于7月14日下午4时30分前递交过户文件。H股股息将以港元支付，按股东会前五个工作日的人民币兑港元中间价平均值计算，每10股H股应付股息为1.356942港元（含税）。
在股息预扣税方面，内资股自然人股东将按20%税率代扣个人所得税；H股个人股东一般按10%税率代扣，非居民企业股东则按10%税率代扣企业所得税。该行表示，将严格依照记录日股东名册代扣代缴，对股东身份认定及税务争议不承担责任。
