中国科创产业投资（00339.HK）7月31日发布公告称，公司董事会已批准委任赵艳锋先生为非执行董事，任期自2026年7月31日起生效，为期一年。根据公司章程及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则，赵先生将在下一届股东周年大会上退任并可获选连任。 公告显示，赵先生现年43岁，拥有香港亚洲商学院高级工商管理硕士（EMBA）学位，具备丰富的电商及企业管理经验。目前，赵先生担任广东全球拼购电子商务有限公司全球市场运营总裁，负责跨境电商业务。该公司董事会主席及创始人庄济勇先生亦为中国科创产业投资的非执行董事及董事会主席。 根据委任书条款，赵先生在任职期内将不收取董事袍金，也不会从集团任何成员公司获得其他酬金。董事会将按其职责、公司经营表现及市场状况酌情检讨相关安排，并提交股东周年大会授权。 公司披露，赵先生在紧接公告日期前的三年内，未在任何香港或海外上市公司担任董事职务；与公司董事、高管、主要或控股股东之间不存在关联；且不持有公司股份或相关权益。 董事会表示，不知悉有关赵先生此次委任需提请股东注意的其他事项，亦无其他信息须根据上市规则第13.51(2)条披露。公司对赵先生的加入表示欢迎。
