Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that on 10 July 2026 it bought back 58,500 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 18.82 to HKD 19.29, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 19.16, bringing the total cash outlay to approximately HKD 1.12 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined from 323.78 million to 323.72 million shares, a reduction of 0.0176%. Treasury share holdings increased to 12.63 million, while the total number of issued shares—including treasury shares—remained unchanged at 336.35 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 13 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 32.72 million shares. After the latest purchase, Zylox-Tonbridge has repurchased an aggregate 3.48 million shares, utilising 10.65% of the authorised limit and equal to 1.04% of the share count on the mandate date.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 9 August 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
