本次回购的价格区间介乎每股18.53港元至19.05港元，合计付出约37.64万港元。交易完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为251,593,715股，流通股数量由249,291,215股减少至249,271,215股，库藏股随之增加至2,322,500股。
公司于2025年6月27日获得的回购授权允许回购股份总数为23,579,556股，截至目前已回购2,322,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.985%。公告称，本次回购已获董事会正式批准，并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。
