信保环球控股(股票代码：00723)于2026年9月1日发布2026年8月股份变动月报表。公告显示，截止2026年8月31日，公司法定/注册股本总额维持在港币575,340,000，普通股及可换股优先股的法定/注册股数分别为30,000,000,000股和27,534,000,000股，面值均为每股港币0.01。
在已发行股份方面，普通股本月底结存为1,093,841,518股，与上月底持平；当月无新增发行股票或购回活动，亦无发行库存股、期权行权或股份期权/回购及注销事宜，股本规模保持不变。可换股优先股(非上市)的已发行股份数为3,089,833,015股，同样未发生变动。
