中国圣牧有机奶业有限公司（中国圣牧）于2026年7月3日发布补充公告，就中国现代牧业控股有限公司（现代牧业）提出的强制有条件现金要约收购事宜补充披露相关信息。
据公告，中国圣牧补充披露两项内容：一是于最后实际可行日期，公司未持有现代牧业任何股份，亦无有关现代牧业股份的认股权证、购股权、可转换证券或衍生工具权益；二是在有关期间，公司未就现代牧业股份或相关衍生工具进行有价交易。
公告同时提醒，要约股东在决定是否接纳要约前，应仔细阅读此前于2026年6月30日刊发的综合文件及接纳表格，其中包含中国圣牧独立财务顾问向独立董事委员会提供的意见，以及独立董事委员会向要约股东作出的推荐建议。
此外，现代牧业及中国圣牧均提醒各自股东及潜在投资者，在买卖双方股份时需审慎行事，如有疑问应咨询专业顾问。双方亦提醒各自联系方遵守收购守则下的交易限制，并按规定披露于中国圣牧证券的获准许交易（如有）。
中国圣牧董事表示，对公告所载资料的准确性共同及个别承担全部责任，经合理查询确认，公告意见乃经审慎考虑后作出，且无遗漏导致陈述误导的其他事实。
