中國織材控股有限公司（03778）於2025年12月3日發布截至2025年11月30日的股份變動月報表，顯示本月已完成股份面值合併，總體股本保持在港幣10億的註冊額度。
本次報告披露，公司將原本每股面值0.1港元的已發行及未發行普通股每十股合併為一股面值1.0港元的普通股。股份合併於2025年11月11日正式生效。合併前公司法定股本為100億股，面值均為0.1港元；合併後法定股本調整為10億股，面值均為1港元，但總額保持為港幣10億元。
受此影響，公司已發行股份由合併前的12.5235億股減少至1.25235億股，減幅為11.27115億股。本月並無新增股份發行、購回或註銷交易，也未新增或失效任何庫存股份。股份期權部分亦無行使或註銷記錄。
公司同時聲明，已嚴格遵守香港聯合交易所有限公司《上市規則》及相關法律規定。本次月報表由公司秘書張志輝簽署。
