WG ENV TECH (Weigang Environmental Technology Holding Group Limited) has published its latest corporate communication package—comprising a circular dated 15 May 2026 on “Proposed Amendments to Existing Articles of Association,” “Adoption of New Articles of Association,” and the “Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting”—on both the company’s website (http://www.gzweigang.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The documents can be accessed under the “Investor” section of the company’s site or directly through the HKEX platform. Shareholders who earlier opted for hard-copy materials will receive the printed versions by mail.

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians or nominees to ensure timely electronic notifications. Without a valid email or postal address on file, no alert will be sent when future corporate communications are posted online.

Stakeholders preferring physical copies may complete and return the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email is-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies of the current circular will be dispatched free of charge upon receipt of the request. Preferences for future printed communications remain valid until 31 December 2026 unless revoked or replaced.
