WAI HUNG GROUP (03321) announced that Mr. Wong Sze Lok has resigned as the Company Secretary and ceased to serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective from November 3, 2025, to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Chan Siu Kei has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from the same date.
