世茂服务（00873）高层调整：邵亮辞任，蔣立豐接任总裁并出任执行董事

2026年7月14日，世茂服务控股有限公司（00873，下称“世茂服务”）公告显示，公司董事会批准管理层人事变动，自同日起生效。

邵亮因个人业务安排及家庭事务需要，已辞去公司执行董事、总裁及香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》第3.05条所载授权代表职务。邵亮确认与董事会无意见分歧，亦无其他相关事宜须向股东告知。

公司董事会同时委任蔣立豐为执行董事、总裁及授权代表。蔣立豐现年47岁，2001年获同济大学建筑工程学士学位，自2014年7月加入世茂服务控股股东世茂集团控股有限公司，曾任苏沪地区及山东地区总裁，现任世茂集团副总裁，拥有逾20年房地产行业管理及项目开发运营经验。

股权信息方面，蔣立豐持有世茂服务59,844股股份，占公司已发行股份约0.002%；另持有世茂集团211,506股股份（其中211,299股为根据世茂集团股份奖励计划授予但尚未归属的奖励股份），占世茂集团已发行股份约0.002%。

根据服务合约，蔣立豐任期三年，将于公司下届股东周年大会上退任并可重选，此后按公司章程细则轮值退任及重选连任。公司每年向蔣立豐支付薪金约人民币120万元，并按其工作表现发放酌情花红。

截至公告日，世茂服务董事会由两名执行董事许世坛（主席）及蔣立豐（总裁）和两名独立非执行董事周心怡、许伟文组成。
