AAC Tech Repurchases 200,000 Shares, Lifting Treasury Stock to 46.43 Million

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. disclosed that it bought back 200,000 ordinary shares on 7 October 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The repurchase was executed at prices ranging between HKD 39.10 and HKD 39.80 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 39.68 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 7.94 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02 % to 1.15207 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 46.43 million. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1.19850 billion.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises AAC Tech to repurchase up to 116.18 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 9.70 million shares—equivalent to 0.84 % of the issued share count at the time of the mandate—have now been repurchased.

All 200,000 shares acquired on 7 October will be retained as treasury shares; no cancellations were reported. Under listing rules, AAC Tech is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 6 November 2026.
